The app is designed to keep your data with you. Everything stays on your device, or in your own Google Drive if you connect one — so you can delete all of it yourself at any time. We hold nothing on our own servers.
1. Reports on your device
Your reports — property details, rooms, keys, photos, remarks, and signatures — are stored on your device.
- Open the app and go to My Reports.
- Delete any report you no longer want, using the bin icon on its card.
- To remove everything at once, uninstall the app, or clear its storage in your device's settings.
2. Reports synced or backed up to your Google Drive
If you connected a Google account, your reports are stored in your own Google Drive (in the app's hidden, app-private folder) — never on our servers.
- In the app, open My Reports → Restore from backup and use the bin icon beside any backup you want to remove.
- To disconnect the account, open Settings and tap your connected Google account, then Sign out.
- To delete all stored data at once, go to your Google account: Google Drive → Settings → Manage apps, find this app, and choose Delete hidden app data.
- You can also revoke the app's access entirely at your Google account permissions.
What is kept: nothing. We operate no server that stores your report content, and we hold no account, profile, or analytics data about you. Once you delete your reports and disconnect Google Drive, no data of yours remains anywhere outside your own device and your own Google account.
